ABS has decided that the best method of finding successful candidates for our distribution center worker positions is to partner with local employments agencies for "Temp-to-Hire" program.
Candidates referred through the “Temp-to-Hire” program work a 520 hour service period as a temporary employee through a local employment agency during which they are evaluated for consideration for full-time employment with ABS. It is important to remember that, as in any position, performance is a critical piece of the hiring process. The benefit to both ABS and the applicant, in a temp-to-hire situation, is the opportunity to evaluate whether or not both parties have found a successful match.
